CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and plans change. We will happily help you cancel or reschedule your appointment with a 24 hour notice. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service total. If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of you service total. With exceptions to major emergencies.

LATE POLICY

In the event that you are running late, please try to give us a call at (206) 459-1957 to give us a heads up. Your services may need to be altered to fit your original appointment time. If your appointment needs to be altered due to tardiness, you will still be charged for your original services. There are no exceptions to this policy.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

We require a card to be saved on file at all times if you are receiving services at our skincare studio. The only time your card on file will be charged is in the event that you cancel within 48 hours or no-show your appointment.
